- 4 pork luganega

- Lightly brush the luganeghe with a little extra virgin olive oil and season them with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- When the grill is hot, place the luganeghe on the grill and cook them, turning them from time to time, until they are well cooked and evenly browned on all sides.
