National Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 24-48 working hours from the moment of processing.
  • Courier: Specialized in temperature-controlled transport (refrigerated courier).
  • Secondary/Disadvantaged Locations: Possible 48-hour extension in delivery times.
  • Packaging and Shipping: Products vacuum-packed and shipped in temperature-controlled containers in accordance with the directives of DL 155/97 (HACCP) and deliveries made with refrigerated vans.

Domestic Shipping Costs

  • From 0 to 199.99€: €14.99
  • Over €200.00: Free shipping

International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 24 hours by air.
  • Packaging and Shipping: Products vacuum-packed and shipped in temperature-controlled containers in accordance with the directives of DL 155/97 (HACCP).
  • Secondary/Disadvantaged Locations: Possible 48 hour extension in delivery times.

International Shipping Costs

  • From €299.99 up to €349.99: €14.99
  • Over €350.00: Free shipping

**Delivery and Customs Clearance Conditions**

For all shipments to countries where customs clearance is required, please note that any customs fees, duties and additional charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. This applies whether the goods are actually received or not collected or rejected.

The buyer is responsible for following all customs clearance procedures in the destination country and for all related costs. In case of non-payment of customs charges or refusal of delivery, the costs incurred will not be refundable.

Cancelling an order is only possible before the goods have been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to cancel it.


Important Information

On Delivery

  • Package Check: Check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the order confirmation and that the packages are intact and free of visible damage.
  • Complaints: Any damage must be reported immediately to the courier.

Failure to deliver

If the courier is unable to deliver your order because there is no one at home and they cannot contact you by phone, your goods will be returned to the nearest refrigerated location. Your order will be carefully and safely stored until the next scheduled delivery in your area.

Available options:

  • Redelivery: The courier will attempt a new delivery on the next scheduled working day for your area.

  • Collection at the STEF branch: You can choose to collect the goods at the nearest STEF branch within 5 working days of the notification.

Fresh products are vacuum-packed and stored at a controlled temperature between 0 and 4 degrees, ensuring their freshness until delivery.

Delivery Delay

Corte Preziosa is committed to delivering your orders on time, entrusting them to reliable and qualified couriers. However, once the shipment has been entrusted to the courier, Corte Preziosa cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays that may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as force majeure events.
