La carne è ottima e di solito compriamo solo la carne di scottona ma il pollo e il maiale sono davvero ottimi.
Ho cucinato per la prima volta il vostro spezzatino di pollo, l'ho cotto lentamente nella pentola di ghisa con il vostro sego e un normale soffritto, risultato: saporito, morbidissimo e non stopposo.Il miglior spezzatino di petto di pollo assaggiato finora! E il giorno dopo, riscaldato era ancora più buono! Non n'è andato sprecato neanche un pezzettino, bravi anche ai macellai e, ovviamente, a Corte Preziosa!
L'ordine mi è arrivato abbastanza in fretta e la carne è di una qualità eccezionale, sono molto soddisfatta; se solo tutti gli allevamenti fossero così!
Sego grassfed di alta qualità, lo sfrido è pochissimo, nemmeno 150gr. Su 3kg! Il grasso è bianco e quasi inodore. Perfetto sia in cosmetica, che come grasso alimentare. Sono davvero molto soddisfatta, acquisterò ancora senza dubbio. Complimenti.
Ho assaggiato per la prima volta le bistecche di scamone...il gusto era davvero ottimo! Ma quello che mi ha stupito è che erano veramente morbide!!non come le suole dure a cui avevo rinunciato perché non riuscivo a mangiarle! Finalmente ho trovato la mia bistecca morbida! Ho messo 4 stelle solo perché le bistecche sono un po' troppo spesse per i miei gusti, le preferirei più sottili, ma per il resto ottime davvero!! Bravi,Corte Preziosa!!
Lho fuso a fuoco lento e ne ho ricavato vasetti di un ottimo grasso color bianco avorio, non conoscevo il sego(ignoranza mia!) e lo trovo un ottimo grasso per cucinare!
Grasso arrivato in perfetto stato,lo adoro,lo utilizzo per cuocere le mie carni preferite,rendere il grasso croccante e davvero gustoso e mi sazio per lungo tempo,non hanno mai peccato da più di un anno a questa parte.. azienda disponibile!!
La carne è davvero ottima, qualità alta e sapore eccellente. Si sente che è un prodotto selezionato.
Unica piccola pecca: avevo richiesto una pezzatura da 200 g, ma per ovvi motivi non è stato possibile rispettarla. I tagli ricevuti erano da circa 300 g, 800 g e 1 kg.
Nulla di grave, ma sarebbe utile specificarlo meglio in fase di ordine.
Nel complesso esperienza molto positiva, sicuramente consigliato.
E' da qualche mese che stiamo mangiando questa carne e si sente che è davvero di qualità.
Il gusto e la tenerezza fanno proprio la differenza.

Buongiorno, ora posso dire che la carne l’ho provata e sono veramente soddisfatta di aver deciso di trasmettere quest’ordine. Il brodo di ossa strepitoso, il fegato morbidissimo, per non parlare del midollo top! Buonissimo anche il filetto che ho solo assaggiato perché mia figlia se lo è mangiato tutto così come gli affettati carne salata, bresaola, roast-beef. Sicuramente da provare.
Carne buonissima arrivata impacchettata con cura. Abbiamo provato subito il macinato ed il mio sugo è risultato fantastico. Anche la carne fa brodo è molto tenera e succosa. Bravissimi ragazzi a presto per un nuovo ordine.
