HOW TO COOK IT?

Here are two recipes you can prepare with minced beef and pork:

  1. Beef and pork mince meatballs with sauce:
  • 500g of minced beef and pork
  • 1 egg
  • 50g of breadcrumbs
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 500g of tomato puree
  • 1/2 glass of red wine

In a bowl, mix the minced beef and pork with the egg, breadcrumbs, onion, chopped garlic and parsley, salt and pepper. Shape into meatballs of the desired size. In a pan, heat the oil and brown the meatballs until golden. Add the tomato puree and the red wine, cover and leave to cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • 500g of minced beef and pork
  • 1 egg
