Mustard glazed steak is dedicated to meat lovers and, above all, BBQ lovers. When the time comes for the next barbecue you can amaze your friends with a perfectly cooked rib eye steak, with the added touch of honey mustard that will enhance its flavor to the fullest.
Served with some tasty roast potatoes, this mustard glazed steak is sure to be a hit at your table!

INGREDIENTS:
- - 1kg beef rib
- - Honey mustard 50 g
- - Extra virgin olive oil 10 g
- - Fine salt 1 tablespoon
- - Black pepper 1 tablespoon
To prepare the mustard glazed steak, first take the meat out of the refrigerator and leave it at room temperature for at least an hour. Turn on the barbecue and bring it to 190°; to maintain this temperature, just keep the burners on. Now wash the potatoes and cut them into wedges without removing the peel , then pour them into a bowl and season with oil and salt .
Mix well and transfer the potatoes into a baking pan. Add the rosemary sprigs and place the pan on the barbecue.
At this point you can dedicate yourself to the meat: sprinkle a cutting board with salt and pepper, then press the rib on it to make the seasoning stick on both sides. Place the rib on the barbecue in the area with the burner off and let it cook indirectly for about 70 minutes, measuring the temperature at the core with a roast thermometer: it should reach 50°
After this time, prepare the sauce: pour the honey mustard and oil into a bowl and mix well. When the meat has reached the right temperature, brush the surface with the mustard sauce. At this point, transfer the rib to the area with the burner on, turning it over to the other side with a pair of kitchen tongs.
Cook directly for 7 minutes, then brush the other side with mustard sauce. Flip the steak again and cook for another 3 minutes, always directly. Once cooked, transfer it to the cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes before cutting it. At this point, the potatoes will also be ready, so you can plate and serve your steak glazed with mustard sauce!
